As a Coach Educator, Team Coach, and Mentor Coach, from new delhi india I am committed to advancing the coaching profession and expanding its impact across the Asia-Pacific region. My expertise lies in brain-based coaching, leadership development, and team coaching, helping individuals and organizations leverage coaching for growth and transformation. As a faculty member for ICF-accredited ACC, PCC, and ACTC coach training programs, I play an active role in developing professional coaches and fostering a strong coaching culture. I specialize in team coaching, equipping leaders and teams with the skills to enhance collaboration, drive performance, and create sustainable change. Passionate about democratizing coaching, I believe in making coaching accessible and unlocking its full potential for diverse communities. I am particularly dedicated to introducing young children to coaching conversations, helping them build emotional intelligence, decision-making abilities, and resilience from an early age. Additionally, I co-hosted the Leaders & Coaches of Asia Conference, a pioneering platform that brings together leaders and coaches to explore the transformative power of coaching in organizations and society.
