Alicia is an Ontological Coach who works with individuals and teams who are intentionally navigating their way to connect to their vision of who they want to be. She believes that people are whole and with intention, they can be somatically congruent with their vision of themselves and bring the same to the systems they live in. Alicia has a strong interest in developing embodied leaders and teams so that they can do their best work under pressure. Alicia coaches clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures and qualifications including professionals, executives and their teams, and entrepreneurs from countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan to Africa. Prior to being an Ontological Coach, Alicia started her career in banking and spent over 18 years in the professional services industry working with corporate clients and teams of professionals in various industries across Asia. During such time, she held leadership roles as a Partner in a leading corporate finance firm in Singapore, Director in the mergers & acquisitions origination department of a big 4 Singapore law firm and Director of operations in various firms. The constant changes in clients and professional teams for every project enhanced her experience of leading the different dimensions of individuals and teams through pressures. It was this exposure that gave Alicia insights into the intricacies of understanding and supporting people and their needs while concurrently running a business. She strongly believes and has experienced how great leaders and teams play a key role in leading people towards flourishing in their lives.
