Clémence worked for more than 15 years in the corporate world, via a career in Sales & Marketing before moving into coaching. She has then joined The Works Partnership company, where she serves as Corporate Training Director and partners with clients throughout the APAC region to design and deliver leadership development & executive coaching initiatives. Clémence is an ontologically Newfield certified Executive Coach with a passion for helping leaders to boost their personal effectiveness and presence, while taking care of their health and happiness at the same time. She has coached a diverse range of clients from more than twenty nationalities on six continents, in a holistic style that engages clients in the three domains of intelligence: intellectual (language), emotional, and physical (somatic). A highly personable coach, Clemence is known for her ability to make her clients feel at ease very fast, to cut through the noise of the everyday and get to the heart of the issue facing them thus giving them a clear structure to take positive action. Originally from France, Clémence has now lived in Asia for more than 20 years and is currently based in Singapore, where she lives with her husband and three children. She coaches in both English and French. In her spare time she is an avid world traveller, who takes great pleasure in immersing herself in different cultures; all of which have only made her more appealing and effective in her coaching, and training. Outside of work she also loves practicing yoga, hiking and running.
