Victor brings over 20 years of experience in coaching, leadership development and facilitation work. One of Victor’s unique experiences was being the resident Team Coach in Motion For Impact, a Singapore creative agency for 20 months. During this period, his key focus was on strengthening the organizational and team culture as the company expanded and grew from 12 to 25 full time staff. He was also responsible for coaching each staff in well-being and performance. Victor is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Victor is also the World’s 1st and only Gold and Platinum Awarded Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC).
