I'm Dinusha Koggalahewa, the founder of Aspire Coaching NZ and a Certified Transformational Master Coach. I have 18 years corporate management experience in technical operations management for Corporate Real Estate working in fast-paced and highly demanding Investment Banking and Data Centre organisations in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. My responsibilities spanning the Asia Pacific region (excluding India). As a coach, I now focus on working with leaders and their teams to overcome the barriers to their success by being more effective to drive better results in performance, engagement, and satisfaction.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
I transitioned my career into coaching to help develop better leaders and influence organisations to adopt leaderships styles centred on positive psychology and a more people centric approach. Having held various levels of leadership positions throughout my career and working in all consuming 24x7 roles I experienced multiple instances of burnout and having to deal with the consequences of chronic stress both physically and psychologically, much of it influenced by the leadership styles of my manager. Having been fortunate enough to experience extremely good leadership, and then not so effective leadership styles I wanted to support leaders to develop more effective styles and support teams in learning to work more cohesively.
