Ina Rizqie Amalia, MCC, is a groundbreaking leader in professional coaching in Indonesia, known as Co-Founder of Loop Institute of Coaching, one of founding member and first president of ICF Jakarta and as Indonesia’s first female Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With over 20 years of experience, she has shaped leaders and organizations across diverse industries, empowering them to achieve growth and resilience. As the co-founder of the Loop Institute of Coaching, Ina has trained thousands of participants and worked with top leaders in the Asia-Pacific region, making her a driving force in leadership and organizational development. Ina completed some certifications such as : Corporate Coach U Graduate USA, Organization Workshop – Power System, Certified Agile Coach, Certified Coach Practitioner , Team Coaching Certification and Coaching Supervision – Goldvarg Consulting Group. Ina’s passion extends beyond her professional work. She is dedicated to giving back through initiatives such as a program that equips teachers with coaching skills to support students more effectively. She also leads the Loopositivity program, a probono initiative that provides a space for sharing knowledge, practicing coaching skills, and building a supportive community. Known for her inspiring yet approachable demeanor, Ina balances her impactful career with her role as a mother and a community contributor. Over 22 years of professional experience. She began her career in one of the world's largest fashion retail groups, managing Retail and Business Operations for multiple brands and collaborating with global leaders. Her passion and expertise led her to specialize in organizational development, consulting, and facilitating human resources and organizational growth. With more than 15 years as a professional coach, facilitator, and consultant, Ina has worked with prominent leaders, teams, and individuals across various industries in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region, including sectors such as FMCG, banking, mining, telecommunications, government sector, and state-owned enterprises. She has trained over 10,000 participants and accumulated over 3000 hours of coaching and mentoring experience
