Past Work Experience
I joined IBM corporation as a bilingual executive assistant and devoted myself to work with managing directors in sales and SVP in business strategy. After 20 years of working in that major IT company, I transferred to a coaching company to work as a personal assistant to the CEO and switched my role to be a coach. I experienced coaching activities in organizational transformation for major firms and also facilitated classes for business persons who joined the program to learn coaching.
