Everyone has a mighty self in them, waiting to be unveiled. Sometimes, you just need a little help to find that in you. Believing in everyone has the potential to achieve what they believe, I embarked on my journey to help more people achieve breakthroughs in life. Now into more than one decade starting as Personal Life Coach and now External Executive Coach, I find it is truly rewarding to witness how the life of my clients changes for the better with my coaching. A believer in lifelong learning, I continue to attain multiple certifications to refine my professional skills, in such a way, I could help and grow better with my clients. What I do best? I coach emerging leaders on values and belief systems, with the application of self-thought tools through coaching partnerships, it can create a long-lasting, impactful, and sustainable result. My style of coaching/facilitation Mind facilitation and thought-provoking; Stay authentic, be honest, provide direct feedback, dive deep into your way of behaving; Intuitive, interactive, fun, and courageous, but I can be direct and challenging as well to achieve maximum results; No chance of being let go or slipping off the action plan. Values derived from my coaching English, Mandarin，Cantonese and Bahasa Melayu; No chance of slipping off the moment of awareness for improvement; First be yourself and be presence and trust our partnership; It is a partnership and we are both in this together! Prior to coaching? I was the Pioneer Instructor in a document solution company across Asia Pacific. With more than 10 years of experience in the IT field, I was blessed with good leaders who coached me to be solution and possible focus. My travelling experience has also helped me to be independent and able to communicate with people from all levels and across culture. I enjoy being in the nature and outdoors. I always bring adventures and fun in me to infuse a tinge of creativity and innovation. I worked with Team Builders on creating program that impact learning and growth.
