Tan Swee Heng is passionate about developing higher-performing teams, leaders, and team coaches to create a better world. As a thought leader, he serves as the Head of the Shared Leadership Team Coach Academy. He holds credentials as an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Coach Supervisor, and an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Swee Heng is a member of the SIM Society Governing Council and serves as the Chair for the ICF Singapore's Team Coaching Community of Practice. He has co-authored with Ernie Turner "Shared Leadership Disciplines-A Better Way To Lead & Coach. He has also published "Coaching In The Moment: How busy leaders can make more impact with less time." Currently, he is working on his next book, "Crossing the bridge -- From Corporate life to Professional Coaching" targeting professionals aspiring to become coaches. At home Swee Heng is blessed with his wife and 2 Gen Z children. Swee Heng enjoys writing, morning workouts and also loves healthy eating. His motto: Enjoy the moments!
