I am a Career Transition and Executive Coach with 9 years of coaching experience and 15 years in HR leadership across leadership development, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, talent acquisition, business partnering, and cross-cultural leadership. I have sat on all 3 sides of retrenchment - as an HR leader who led restructuring, as someone who has experienced job loss, and as a coach who has walked alongside hundreds of leaders and professionals finding their footing again. I work with leaders and professionals navigating career transitions and leadership challenges in helping them get clear on who they are, what they want, and what's been holding them back. Most of them go on to make moves they never thought they would. Some take roles they'd dismissed. Others start businesses. A few show up differently in the role they already have.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
I come to this work with empathy and curiosity. I want to understand what's really going on for the person I'm working with and not just what brought them to coaching, but what's underneath that. I ask questions that sometimes catch people off guard because the right question at the right moment can shift something that's been stuck for a long time. Clients have told me they felt heard in a way they hadn't expected. That sessions felt less like coaching and more like finally having an honest conversation. I also bring fifteen years inside organizations, across multiple functions and regions. I understand the world my clients are navigating. The unspoken pressures of leadership. The weight of decisions that don't have clean answers. The complexity of managing people, stakeholders, and expectations all at once. I've sat in those rooms. I know what that world asks of people. I believe people already know more about themselves than they think they do. Sometimes they just need someone to sit with them long enough for that to become clear. Then, they start taking actions they wouldn't have considered before and start seeing results. That's when the real change happens.
