Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years in the advertising and tech industry as a creative producer, managing global projects and cross-cultural teams, and a contributing photo editor. Alongside the work, I found fulfillment in mentoring others and facilitating conversations that nurtured growth. A personal turning point led me to pursue professional training in coaching and counseling, deepening my journey of self-reflection and intentional living. Today, I support individuals in developing conscious personal leadership—leading from within with clarity, purpose and emotional agility. Whether clients are navigating transitions, strengthening their communication, or reclaiming their sense of self, I help them clear mental clutter, reconnect with their values, and lead with greater presence and confidence.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
Life’s event has propelled me to invest time and energy for higher education during the last 5 years of my career, embarking on a journey of unlearning, reflections and relearning. During the same time, I also had the privilege of working with a coach to enhance my self-awareness and personal development. In addition , I support and work with individuals to help them navigate life’s challenges and fostering accountability.
