Ms. Lerae Gidyk, MCC, speaker of the Power Hour webinar, Giving Up the Need to Know, is excited to extend a 4-week course “COACH ME COURSE: Learn To Coach With Impact & Ease” to all APAC members and guests.
IN THIS COURSE, YOU WILL GAIN:
- Proficiencies in all core competency areas with a focus on establishing agreements and coaching presence.
- Opportunity to interact with the model experientially through observation of live and recorded demonstrations, peer interaction, application and receiving feedback.
- Develop insight into the mindset necessary for increasing proficiency in establishing coaching agreements.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
Structure: Participants must attend ALL 4 sessions. They must set course learning objectives, measures for success, and complete a weekly learning review based on the weekly learning objectives of the course and their own stated learning objectives.
Duration: 4 weeks, 90min per session
CCE: 12.5 Core Competency and 2.5 Resource

ABOUT THE COURSE COACH:
Lerae Gidyk, MCC founded Soul Designs Coaching Company Ltd. in 1999. Soul Designs is an international coaching company that promotes sustainable positive change across the globe through individual coaching, online programs and in-person retreats and specializes in the areas of personal, leadership, and mentor coaching. Lerae attained her Master Certified Coach designation in 2006 and has been a faculty member with Coach U since 2000. Most recently, she has become an assessor with the ICF and joined as faculty for Coaching Out of the Box. Relational Coaching is the philosophical underpinning for Lerae’s methodology. She believes that the caliber of relationships one has influences and potentially determines the quality of the results one can achieve. She believes that latent potential exists within all of us. This potential can be harnessed by improving our relationships.
