Pro bono Coaches

If you would like to:

  • Enrich your experience as a coach through meaningful coaching projects that contribute to uplifting communities in need within the Asia Pacific;
  • Support leaders and key staff (coachees) in small-to-medium sized NGOs and non-profit organisations, to increase their effectiveness in positively impacting both their organisations and the community they serve; &
  • Promote coaching as an effective tool for people development in the region

Qualifying Criteria

  • A Coach with at least 1 year
  • Minimum of 60 coaching hours of experience
  • Membership of APAC or another professional coaching association that abides by international coaching ethics

Coaching Commitment

  • To commit to a minimum of 6 coaching hours in total per coachee over three to six months;
  • To coach more than one coachee if you want to, subject to availability
