About the Coach Supervisor:

Suman Balani, PCC is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who creates developmental programs for individuals & organizations. She brings a unique blend of coaching skills with over 25 years of business building background to empower individuals & teams to become highly engaged performing leaders. She strives also to contribute to the community. Suman was the President of ICF (Singapore Chapter) in 2019, driving initiatives to introduce coaching to the community and shape the coaching landscape in Singapore.

Peer Coaching Circle – Mentor Coaching

with Elias Scultori, MCC
Wednesday, 7 August 2024 at 7PM – 8:30PM SG time

Coaches will experience skills-development mentor coaching with Coach Elias Scultori, MCC. This practice is done in a safe environment which is collaborative, appreciative and dialogue process. This allows for listening and feedback from the mentor coach, given the live coaching demonstration by a coach. Come be ready to coach, be coached or offer your learning to support fellow coaches in mastering your trade in coaching.

About the Mentor Coach:

Elias Scultori, MCC is a leadership and executive coach with the primary focus of empowering leaders on how to incorporate the coach approach into their leadership style. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a faculty member at Coach U and Coaching Out of the Box. He is also an official certification assessor for the ICF and a registered mentor coach, supporting coaches to further polish their coaching skills, to successfully build and maintain their coaching practices and to prepare for their certification with the ICF.

About the Coach Supervisor:

Doramontie Nelleman, MCC is a global executive coach and a mentor based in Singapore. She holds International Team Coach Accreditation (ITCA) from EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and was awarded Executive and Team Coach by Marshall Goldsmith. As part of her ongoing commitment and passion for contributing to and growing the coaching industry, Dora facilitates global coaching programs for WBECS (The World Business Executive Coach Summit). She provides individual and group mentoring to coaches working towards their ICF credentials and to corporate leaders who are aspiring to be coach-like leaders. She is also one of the Faculty members of Coach Masters Academy, a Singapore-based coaching academy.

Peer Coaching Circle – Group Supervision

Coaches will experience coaching supervision from coach supervisor, Jeff Hasenfratz. This collaborative learning practice in a safe environment aims to build the capacity of coaches through reflective dialogue to increase our objectivity and self-awareness. Come bring your coaching successes and challenges to support fellow coaches in mastering your trade in coaching.

About the Coach Supervisor:

Jeff Hasenfratz is a Shanghai-based coaching supervisor, executive team coach, and Mandarin speaker who has lived in Asia for nearly 30 years. He holds the degree of Juris Doctor and has been a visiting lecturer on collaboration at the Hult International Business School. His previous corporate associations include Hewlett Packard, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Cincinnati Bell. Jeff’s interest in helping organizations develop the potential of senior leaders has led him to focus his career on executive leadership development and conflict management. Sponsoring organizations include firms in the technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries. Jeff’s clients are typically CEOs, Managing Directors, Managing Partners, and their Teams.
