Peer Coaching Circle – Group Supervision

with Dr. Frances Penafort, MCC
Wednesday, 16 April 2025, 7PM – 8:30PM SG/HK time

Join us for an insightful session where you’ll explore the intricacies of the ICF Code of Ethics and learn how to apply it effectively through real-life examples. We invite you to share any ethical challenges you’ve encountered in your coaching.

The ICF Code of Ethics is set up with the intention of upholding the integrity of coaching profession globally. In it, we have a set of 28 standards that act as the guard-rails to coaches as they build their coaching practice. These 28 standards are not stand-alone guidelines, rather they are deeply integrated with the ICF Core Values & ICF Core Competencies. Hence, ICF coaches need to view all these three as a set of guidelines that enable them to practice ethical reflection, enable their education as coaches and facilitate their prudent decision-making, notably in scenarios where there is ethical dilemma.

3 Key Takeaways
  1. Appreciate the importance of the ICF Code of Ethics
  2. Learn new perspectives of the ICF Code of Ethics
  3. From real-life examples, learn how to apply the ICF Code of Ethics
