Team Coaching Circle
The purpose of these sessions is to share, discuss and learn about team coaching. Team coaches can bring case studies or questions related to the theme of each session to learn from one another and the coach supervisor. As a circle, we will encourage everyone in the room engage in conversation and contribute to the solutions.
Update: As of 15 January 2025, our Team Coaching Circle sessions are now open to both members and non-members.

Definition of Team Coaching
Team coaching is partnering with a team on a co-creative and reflective process to enhance its dynamics, relationships, and performance by supporting both task work and teamwork through sustained professional dialogue. It raises individual and collective self-awareness, challenges thinking and behaviors, and empowers the team to develop sustainable solutions and maximize its potential in pursuit of a common purpose and shared goals.

Team Coaching Circle: Healthy Accountability
with Clémence Blondel, PCC

This session’s theme is “Healthy Accountability”.
About the Team Coach Supervisor:
Clémence Blondel, PCC, is a Newfield Certified Team Coach, a Newfield Health & Wellness Coaching graduate, and an Advanced Certified Team Coach. She is an executive coach with an ontological approach. She engages clients in the three domains of intelligence: intellectual (language), emotional, and physical (somatic). She manages the Newfield Team Coaching certification program for The Coach Partnership and has been a team coach mentor under the program since October 2023. In her spare time, she is an avid world traveler who takes great pleasure in immersing herself in different cultures; all of which have only made her more appealing and effective in her coaching and training.

About the Team Coach Supervisor:
Tan Swee Heng, MCC is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Coach Supervisor, and an Advanced Certified Team Coach. As a thought leader, he serves as the Head of the Shared Leadership Team Coach Academy. Swee Heng is also a member of the SIM Society Governing Council. He co-wrote Shared Leadership Disciplines: A Better Way To Lead & Coach in April 2023 and is also the author of Coaching in the Moment: How Busy Leaders Can Make More Impact with Less Time. He is passionate about developing higher-performing teams, leaders, and team coaches to create a better world.
