APAC Team Coaching Circle

The purpose of the session is to share, discuss and learn team coaching. Team coaches will bring scenarios or questions to each session to learn from each other and the coach supervisor. As a circle, we will engage everyone in the room to contribute to the solution.

About the Team Coach Supervisor:

Tan Swee Heng, MCC is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Coach Supervisor, and an Advanced Certified Team Coach. As a thought leader, he serves as the Head of the Shared Leadership Team Coach Academy. Swee Heng is also a member of the SIM Society Governing Council. He co-wrote Shared Leadership Disciplines: A Better Way To Lead & Coach in April 2023 and is also the author of Coaching in the Moment: How Busy Leaders Can Make More Impact with Less Time. He is passionate about developing higher-performing teams, leaders, and team coaches to create a better world.
