Confidentiality – A Vital Building Block for the Coaching Relationship

A webinar with Hellen Hettinga on Wednesday, 14 October 2020, 8PM – 9PM SG/HK time.

In today’s dynamic environments, coaching relationships can be complex, particularly in multi-stakeholder contracting. In a non-regulated industry, coaches demonstrate professionalism to their clients by adhering to professional coaching bodies and codes of ethics.

How might coaches shift from a sense of duty in ‘ticking the Ethics box’ to having a conversation on confidentiality with their clients and stakeholders? In this webinar, learn how to develop your ethical antennas and learn how to expand your perspectives by observing confidentiality through various lenses: our own worldview, our clients’ and other stakeholders’ perspectives. Hellen will take us on a journey, and she will bring some stories and real dilemmas from her international coaching practice. We will tap into our collective intelligences and share practical tips on how to contract on confidentiality before, during, and after the coaching assignment.
