Team Coaching for 21st Century Collective Leadership

A webinar with Paul Lim on Wednesday, 11 May 2022, 7:30PM – 8:45PM SG/HK time.

Increasingly, the term “team coaching” can be heard more often in both the coaching space and in organizations. What is team coaching? How is it different from team effectiveness, team building and leadership retreats that we have grown familiar with? And to 1-to-1 coaches, why does it matter?

In this session, learn more about why team coaching is important and growing rapidly across the world. Find out more of what it is and how it can enhance your 1-to-1 coaching practice. Be introduced to a team coaching framework that will help you to generate greater awareness with clients and get you started on a team coaching journey.
