Yogic Insights for Coaches

A webinar with Raghu Ananthanarayanan and Steve Correa on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, 6:30PM – 8PM SG/HK time.

Join us for a fireside chat between Steve Correa and Raghu Ananthanarayanan, exploring how Citta Vidyā can deepen the practice of coaching through yogic approaches to inner work, leadership, and deep listening.

Drawing upon decades of teaching, counselling, process work and yogic practice, Citta Vidyā integrates contemplative disciplines, expressive arts, dialogue and experiential learning into a coherent methodology for psychological healing and development. Rather than treating yoga primarily as physical practice, it repositions Antaraṅga Yoga—the inner limbs of yoga—as a rigorous framework for understanding the dynamics of consciousness, conditioning and liberation.

3 Key Takeaways

  1. Whet an appetite and create curiosity to learn more about the Yogic approach to inner growth
  2. Become familiar and appreciate the use of Yogic frameworks to apply to your coaching practice
  3. Commit yourselves to self-discovery through Yogic practice

About the Speakers

Raghu Ananthanarayanan is the architect of Citta Vidyā—Yogic Depth Psychology, an integrative approach inspired by the teachings of J. Krishnamurti, Yogacharya Krishnamacharya and Pulin K. Garg, with whom he studied closely for over a decade. His work is devoted to making the transformative wisdom of the Yoga Sutras accessible to individuals, groups and organisations. He helps people discover their dharma, engage deeply with their inner worlds and become the best they can be. For Raghu, this work is inseparable from his own sādhana—a continuing exploration of rasa, meaning, learning, healing and compassion. Raghu is the co-founder of TAO Consulting, Sumedhas Academy for Human Context, Barefoot Academy for Governance, the Ashtalakshmi Institute and Ritambhara Ashram. Collectively, these institutions constitute an ecosystem for research, practice, education and experimentation rather than isolated organisations pursuing independent agendas.

Steve Correa is a leadership coach and OD consultant with over 35 years of corporate and consulting experience, including 18 years in CHRO roles. He has worked across a broad spectrum of enterprises, ranging from major global corporations (MNCS) to family-led businesses, with diverse industry exposure that includes pharmaceuticals, FMCG, office automation, telecommunications, IT, and Alchobev. With a PG from XLRI, PCC-certified coaching, and NTL-certified OD, he works with senior leadership teams on leadership, culture, and transformation. His approach integrates Western psychology, OD and systems thinking with Indian philosophical traditions and contemplative practice. Steve is the author of The Indian Boss at Work: Thinking Global, Acting Indian. A Chevening Scholar and Fellow of the Sumedhas Academy for Human Context, he is based in Goa, India.
