About the speaker:
Linda Zhang, Ph.D., MCC, has 15 years of experience in executive coaching, team coaching and coaching culture cascading. She attained the ICF MCC credential in 2019. She was a business leader in China and North Asia, with P&L responsibility in companies such as P&G, L’Oréal, Alcatel and GN. She became a scholar-practitioner as Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University in 2020. She authored the research paper titled “The Seeds of Life: Significant Health Challenges and Posttraumatic Growth Among Chinese Executives in Midlife”. She holds both Advanced Columbia Coaching Certification from Columbia University and Evidence-Based Coaching Certification from Fielding Graduate University. Linda is also a blogger of the WeChat account “4E4U” and has written more than 300 articles.
