A webinar with Niran Jiang on Wednesday, 8 September 2021, 8PM – 9PM SG/HK time.
Do you want to know how people and organisations alike are reprioritizing the values that guide their decision making especially with new rules and regulations brought on by the pandemic? Or understand the dramatic changes in the way employees experience their cultures and what they want to see in the future?
In this webinar, Niran Jiang will share the key findings of a survey conducted by Barrett Values Centre with more than 2,500 people across the globe, representing 38 different industries. The survey conducted between April 21 and May 5 2020 will reveal how we as coaches, can use coaching to help our clients to build an effective pathway to tap into their individual value system and help them fulfil their potential for performance. We shall explore how coaches can help both individuals and companies, during and post COVID-19, to forge new management thinking, facilitate new mind-sets and behaviours as well as to infuse people with optimism and self-belief so that they can attain greater levels of performance.
