Every coach has dilemmas, both novices and experienced coaches. Dilemmas challenge our values and beliefs, but also provide ways to evolve and develop personally and professionally. What we don’t often have is a place to share our dilemmas or to learn from other’s experiences.

This webinar is a forum for learning and discussion on what ethical dilemmas in coaching are and how we deal with them in our everyday practice. We can all develop a level of self-awareness that informs how we navigate our dilemmas professionally and capably, even if they are challenging or ‘sticky.’

In this webinar, Maria Biquet will also share some insightful data from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council’s recent survey of coaches on ethical dilemmas. This information will provide the context for our sharing and discussion around the dilemmas we personally face.

About the speaker:

Maria Biquet is an experienced Business Consultant and Executive Coach with vast experience from diverse business fields and complex environments. She holds an MBA-International Marketing from Sunderland University, a BA in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Athens, and a Diploma in Coaching from the Coaching Institute UK. She also has advanced certification as neuro-coach by NeuroBusinessGroup, is a Certified Master Coach by the CAC (Centre for Advanced Coaching), is an EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach, and has served as a Senior Researcher on Ethics in EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) since 2018.
