About the speaker:
Oussama Labib is the Founder & CEO of æqlia, a digital learning and team coaching company based out of Singapore. Former Head of L&D at IKEA Singapore and APAC Director of Instructional Design & Facilitation in a leading training company, he experienced first hand the challenges of delivering ROI from learning interventions, engaging learners and teams in a remote and virtual environment with COVID-19 as well as empowering teams and their leaders to take responsibility for their own development process. He has earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from SKEMA Business School, France. He is a certified team coach and consultant from GDQ Associates.
