Coaching has taken giant strides in the Asia Pacific region over the past decade. This region has the potential to become a hub for coaching in terms of coaching work, research, knowledge creation, as well as taking the coaching industry to the next level here.
Our research report, Future Coaching Trends in Asia Pacific: a Comprehensive Analysis of Trends, is an effort to provide a comprehensive overview of the findings of two of APAC’s research studies, with a comparative lens across the markets surveyed.

About the speakers:
Taruna Aggarwal, PCC is the Research Committee Chair of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC). She is the founder of Life By Design with Taruna Aggarwal and co-founder of Good Connect Pte. Ltd. Singapore. She has more than 20 years of experience in Coaching, Leadership Development, Executive Search and HR Consulting. She is a Diversity and Inclusion Coach and Consultant, passionate about building sustainable inclusive societies where equity and fairness defines everyone’s experience of life. Her vision is to use the power of coaching to impact Mental Wellbeing and empowered mindsets in youth in Asia Pacific. She has a deep interest in research. She led The 5th Coaching Survey – an Asia Coaching Benchmark (2019) and was part of the research team of The Future of Coaching in Asia Pacific (2021). She is the author of the Future Coaching Trends in Asia Pacific: Comprehensive Analysis of Trends (2022).
Uma Arora is the current President of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC). She is an organizational development professional and a leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience in transforming individuals and teams. Passionate about sparking organizational change through learning, she has managed diverse corporate portfolios of both domestic and international clients. She runs a coaching firm, Idam Learning, based in India. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor for Leadership coaching for an India-based fund called Fundamentum Partnership.
