The Emotionally Intelligent Coach

A webinar with Dr. Sue McNamara, PCC on Wednesday, 11 January 2023, 7PM – 8:15PM SG/HK time.

Emotions drive people, people drive performance, and performance drives outcomes. Research shows that emotional intelligence (EQ) supports many success factors in life. Higher levels of EQ = higher levels of wellbeing, quality of life, relationships and effectiveness. Join Dr. Sue McNamara, PCC to explore how you can utilize your emotional intelligence to support your own and your clients’ outcomes.

Emotional intelligence is being smarter with feelings. Most of the challenges our clients are facing are emotional and relational. Stress and complexity are on the rise and wellbeing is falling. Research links emotional intelligence to life success, including critical success factors like relationships, effectiveness, wellbeing, and quality of life.

How are we as coaches coping and how are we helping our clients to navigate their challenges in this post-pandemic world? What emotional intelligence skills do we need to strengthen ourselves, so we can, in turn, support our clients?

For over 25 years, Six Seconds has been training and supporting people to use emotions as resources. It has seen how simple EQ tools and practices can get big results. In this collaborative, interactive session Dr. Sue McNamara, Six Seconds Asia Pacific Director, will share some of the transformational tools and methodologies used by EQ coaches globally.
