Every coaching session contains opportunities for us to do so by building trust with our clients, to then enable them to cultivate self-awareness, and deep learning and growth. Come hear from Bonnie Chan, founding member of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC, President in 2005/6) on how we can best identify and maximize such opportunities. As a Master Trainer, she will demonstrate how to leverage the SoundWave framework and assessment through an on-the-spot coaching session, to catalyze clarity and connection between coach and client, and more consistently achieve empowering coaching outcomes. You’ll also further discover how SoundWave’s verbal strategies, or “Voices,” can be used to enhance your coaching practice. Come ready with your curiosity, learning and questions!

We’re looking for four volunteers to be coachees for the live demo coaching for this session. If you’re interested, please let us know in advance. The merits of being a coachee are:
- It is a great chance to be coached by a certified practitioner.
- You will get a free SoundWave assessment prior to the webinar.
- You will help all of us learn and be better aware of ourselves through the coaching demonstrations.
About the speaker:
Bonnie Chan started her coaching journey by hiring an executive coach to transform her leadership during a tough market transition in 1998 when China became an emerging market. Since then, Bonnie has found that coaching has made her more self-aware and intentional about her growth. Bonnie became an executive coach in 2004 and was certified by the International Association of Coaching (IAC) in 2007. Bonnie’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the answers we seek are within us. She believes coaching flows from conversations to resonant relationships, creating possibilities for the coachee and each other. She approaches each client’s coaching journey with curiosity, uncovering the unknown to bring priceless meaning to her clients. Bonnie truly lives out her coaching philosophy consistently, applying it at home to help her children own their dreams and passions – championing and facilitating inter-generational collaboration through coaching and generative dialogues.
