About the Speaker
Sachiko Ikushima, MCC, is the President of COACH ING, Inc. and Code&CC Ambassador of International Coaching Federation Japan Charter Chapter (ICF Japan). She is a coach and trainer of coaches specializing in Leadership Development, Team Building, Change Management, NLPTM, and Book Author. She has been coaching and training coaches since 2000. She is the co-owner of Whole System Coaching®︎, which delivers an ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program; Level 1 and Level 2. In August 2017, she served as the only representative of an Asian country as a speaker at the ICF Global Coach Conference held in Washington D.C.
