I find that coaching is seen as something exclusive to the corporate world, where funding makes it possible and available only to those selected by their organizations. But talent and potential are not limited to titles or positions. I would like to make coaching more accessible to individuals who may be overlooked, giving them the opportunity to move forward with greater purpose and possibility.
