I am a Resilience and Leadership Coach based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia, working with founders, executives, and small business owners who are navigating the demands of growth, change, and sustained performance. My career spans more than two decades across operations, disability services, and social housing in the UK and Australia, and that experience shapes everything about how I coach. I bring a practitioner's understanding of what leadership looks like under real pressure — not in theory, but in environments where decisions carry consequences and people are depending on the outcome. That operational grounding is what distinguishes my work: it is direct, commercially aware, and firmly focused on results that last. I operate through Prospice Consulting, where my work sits at the intersection of leadership development, resilience, and psychosocial safety. I hold an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and am credentialled across a range of evidence-based frameworks, including PR6 Resilience Practitioner, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (Diamond Level 1), and Conversational Reframing. I am an Authorised Partner with Coaching on the Go, a leadership development programme created by members of Henley Business School, and hold specialist expertise in psychosocial safety under ISO 45003. In June 2026, I was invited to join a select group of professionals addressing the mental health and resilience challenges faced by startup founders and their teams — a recognition of both my expertise and my commitment to the founder community. I work with leaders who are ready to move beyond surface-level fixes and do the deeper work that changes how they lead, decide, and perform when it matters most.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
My path to coaching wasn't a pivot — it was a progression. After more than two decades working across operations, disability services, and social housing in the UK and Australia, I kept finding myself drawn to the same moments: when a leader was carrying more than their role required, when a team was capable of far more than its environment allowed, or when an organisation was absorbing a cost it couldn't yet name. Coaching gave me a way to work at that level deliberately, rather than by accident. I now work with founders, executives, and small business owners through Prospice Consulting, specialising in resilience, leadership development, and psychosocial safety. My practice is grounded in PR6, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and ISO 45003, and I am an Authorised Partner with Coaching on the Go — a leadership development programme created by members of Henley Business School. I was also invited to join The Inner Circle, a select group of professionals addressing the mental health and resilience challenges faced by startup founders and their teams. What brought me to coaching — and what keeps me here — is a belief that the right conversation at the right moment can change the trajectory of a leader, a team, and the people they serve.

Career History Owner & Principal — Prospice Consulting July 2025 – Present | Newcastle, NSW I run a boutique leadership and resilience consultancy delivering coaching, facilitation, and development programmes for Australian founders, executives, and senior managers. I design and deliver individual and group coaching programmes across four core pillars — Leadership, Resilience, Coaching, and Team Building — and produce The Prospice Brief, a fortnightly newsletter offering leadership and resilience insight to a growing professional audience. Authorised Partner — Coaching on the Go (Henley Business School) December 2025 – Present | Newcastle, NSW I am authorised to deliver the leaders-who-coach framework — a globally recognised methodology developed by members of Henley Business School for building coaching capability, collaboration, and motivation into everyday leadership practice.
