Finance and leadership professional with over 30 years of experience in Audit, Controllership, FP&A, Business Development Support, and Shared Services. My career has been built primarily in the financial services sector—including leasing, real estate, and investment banking—through leadership and finance roles in U.S. and multinational companies, as well as in corporate functions. I also served in senior leadership positions, including CFO, where I led teams and supported strategic decision-making, business growth, and organizational effectiveness. Since retiring from the corporate world, I have been working as an Executive Coach, Business Coach, and Career Coach since 2023. I also design and facilitate communication and leadership development programs. I am passionate about helping leaders and professionals maximize their potential, strengthen their leadership, and achieve meaningful growth through greater self-awareness, dialogue, and practical action.
