Eric is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator, working across Asia and internationally. He is committed to supporting leaders and organisations through this exponential often disruptive change that all organisations are encountering, from professional development, resilience, wellbeing to organisational performance. Eric’s works focuses on the modern workplace and particularly how the digital era affects organizational culture, change and its people. Much of his work now is coaching and delivering programs in a diverse range of industries including for Global Banks, Financial Services, Insurance, Logistics & Supply Chain, Media, Property Developers, Luxury Brands and Natural Resources organizations. Eric is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has an approved Level 1 ICF Accredited Coaching School. Eric is an Associate with Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne for their Executive Education programs and a Faculty at Emeritus, a Unicorn EdTech company providing Global Top Business School Executive Education Programs. Eric is a seasoned facilitator and business consultant, MBTI (Step I & II) Certified Practitioner, Certified LEA360 Practitioner, Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI) Master Trainer and DISC Master Trainer. Eric is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and ET Potential is a HRD Corp Registered Training Provider in Malaysia. Eric has an MBA from the USA and a BSc (Honours) from Australia and started his career with KPMG Management Consulting in Australia and also with KPMG in London. He has worked in-house at senior levels in Financial, Legal Services and Management Consulting in Australia, Hong Kong & UK Eric has lived and worked in four continents, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas. He brings a multi-dimensional, energetic, yet human touch to his work, often sharing his stories on working around the globe, how he survived the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 in London and his journey until now on how he re-invented himself by following his passion and ultimately his return to Asia to share his experience with executives and professionals in the region, to inspire them to perform better and to be the best and happier versions of themselves. As an executive coach, Eric works with professionals at all levels, including C-Suite Executives focussing on Organisational Performance, Personal Development and Wellbeing. He also develops, delivers and facilitates Talent and Leadership Development Programs in Cultural Transformation, Driving Performance, Client- Centricity, Cultural Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, Agility, Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusive Leadership. Eric is also Motivational Speaker, having delivered keynotes speeches at global multinational organisation’s team building offsites, emerging leaders’ programs, human resources, training and coaching industry conferences. Eric was born in Malaysia to a Singaporean mother and a Malaysian father. His mother was a teacher for over 35 years and loved her job. Eric feels he got his passion for learning and development from her. Eric went to Australia as a teenager for further studies. Having spent time living and working in Australia, Hong Kong and London, he has returned to Asia to spend time with his family and share his international work experience with other professionals in the South East Asia region. Eric loves to travel and eating spicy food. He believes in giving back, and works with a charity which helps impoverished communities in Cambodia reduce hunger and poverty in rural villages via education and self-sustenance and with Unlocking ADHD in Singapore, empowering Neurodivergent people particularly ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest.
