Siew is an ICF-Accredited Coach (ACC) who partners with professionals and leaders navigating pivotal career and life transitions. She specialises in supporting midlife and mid-career individuals to gain clarity, confidence, and renewed direction in their personal and professional growth. With over two decades of diverse professional experience, Siew brings a unique blend of corporate, entrepreneurial, and coaching perspectives. She spent 12 years in corporate roles across Corporate Communications, Customer Service and Lease Management, leading cross-border projects and stakeholder engagements. This was followed by 15 years as a business owner in the education sector, overseeing operations, marketing, and team leadership. Today, Siew integrates these experiences in her coaching and training work, helping clients strengthen self-awareness, communication, and resilience in times of change. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Siew is also a Transition Intelligence Certified Coach, Extended-DISC Certified Trainer and Women’s Wellness Educator.
