South Asia and South East Asia Research on Executive Coaching (SEAREC) – Stakeholder Survey
Be Part of Asia’s Landmark Coaching Research Initiative
Dear APACians,
The coaching landscape in Asia-Pacific is transforming, driven by new organizational realities, technology, and our rich cultural diversity.
We’re excited to announce that Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) is partnering with ICF India and ICF Southeast Asia chapters on a landmark regional research initiative: “A Study on the Development and Prospects of Executive Coaching in South Asia and Southeast Asia.”
This large-scale collaboration spans eight countries (India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam), bringing together the collective voice of coaches across the region.
The study aligns with APAC’s aim to be the Coaching voice of Asia Pacific, driving evidence-based insights and regional thought leadership.
We invite you to participate and contribute your perspectives to shape the future of coaching in our region. The survey will take approximately 12–15 minutes to complete. Kindly complete it by 31 October 2025.
Together, let’s build the next chapter of coaching — informed by data, grounded in culture, and united in human-centric purpose.
Warm regards,
APAC Research Committee
in partnership with ICF India & ICF Southeast Asia Chapters
