Belinda MacInnes (nee Merry)

Belinda MacInnes (nee Merry) is a seasoned coach starting her coaching career in 1999. For two decades Belinda M has been coaching leaders and emerging leaders in both the private and public sectors – in Australia and globally. She is well versed in the intricacies of the global workplace, and enjoys coaching executives as they manoeuvre their way through the complexities of global leadership. Belinda M is a pioneer of coaching in Asia Pacific where she spends much of her time, be it coaching via telephone/Skype or meeting clients face to face when schedules allow. Belinda’s energy lies in exploring what is and is not possible for today’s leaders in how they can act and who they can be. One of her key roles is to inspire leaders and emerging leaders to have increased SUSTAINABLE energy.   Belinda MacInnes is an internationally sought after professional coach and coaching skills trainer. Belinda has over 7,500 one-on-one coaching hours, and with clients in 25 countries her coaching practice is truly international.   Belinda is an ICF Master Certified Coach (one of only 831 globally), She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), in 2008 she served as the President of the ICF Australasia, and for seven years served as a global credentialing assessor. Belinda is a passionate member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) where she served on the Executive Committee for over six years. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne (physics and mathematics) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Systems (with Distinction) from RMIT University.   Her coaching clients include executives and managers within organisations, small business owners, and a handful of newer coaches whom she supervises and mentors. Her client list includes companies such as Shell, HSBC, PwC, ANZ, Seek, IAG, Westpac,CBA, JC Wiley & Sons; government departments such as WorkCover NSW and Tourism NT; and SME owners/entrepreneurs. Belinda’s coaching style has been described as direct and authentic.
