She also has received the Prime Minister’s Award in 2002 by the Singapore Government after suggesting the Telephone Reminder Services which in it’s pilot year saved half a million dollars and has now been rolled out globally saving hundreds of millions of dollars for organizations. Currently running a term as the President-Elect, for the ICF Singapore Chapter, she one of the few Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) certified by the International Coaching Federation of Singapore and an active contributing member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) as well as Associate Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). She has served on the committee as Vice President (2012-2013). She played key organizing roles in the Asia Pacific Coaching Conference 2010 and 2012. She lead the Symposium on “Coaching for Future” during the Coaching Week 2015. She is a Grass root leader for the Siglap South CC and the Centre for Performing Arts.
