Malgorzata Grabarczyk

Malgorzata is an energetic leadership coach, trainer and facilitator with a keen interest in leadership, organizations behaviour, people development and customer experience, with a mission to multiply the number of quality leaders at all levels, as well as to benefit the stakeholders by improving their experience when cooperating with these leaders. She has strong 20+ years, professional and leadership experience, which she gained working in the international, corporate banking environment, leading people, teams, organizational changes, projects and operational processes. Małgorzata works with individuals and leaders across Poland, Singapore, Malaysia, France, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Canada, The United Kingdom, Spain, Vietnam and the United States. Clients include: EPF Malaysia, Technip, University of Malaya, International Medical University Malaysia, World Vision Malaysia, DTZ, Polish Ombudsman Office, Blippar, Effective Altruism, Divegraphy, Innovation is Everywhere, Somatic Solutions. She has conducted one-on-one leadership and life coaching and workshops, developing people’s skills and competencies, increasing their self-awareness and performance and helping them cross their limits and achieve their biggest challenges. She supports managers, especially from junior to upper-middle management levels and gives them the same opportunities as the greatest executives. Her coaching approach is flexible, depending on clients needs, so can be results oriented, solution focused or self-awareness oriented. Małgorzata supports women as a mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
