I am a Japanese executive coach/ business coach conducting coaching/training in the area of communication, leadership, people management and marketing. 30 years work experience with a global company (Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil after merger in 2000). Major assignments at Mobil/ExxonMobil included; 2 years as General Manager managing marketing activity of nationwide Japan motor fuel sales, 8 years as Mobil Branch Office Manager/Assistant Manager in strategic areas administering motor fuel sales to dealers and 7 years in Supply/Logistics (including 2 years at Mobil New York Headquarters: ’88-’89 ) whose functions encompassed crude oil procurement and coordination of activities with affiliated refineries on manufacturing, quality control, transshipment of products to terminal and delivery to service stations. After retiring ExxonMobil, devoted to the start up of new educational business work as COO of a venture company for 2 years. Recent 12 years devoted to work as an executive coach/business coach. Coaching performance for companies/organization includes Unilever, Microsoft and Coca-Cola, Dell, Lubrizol and Deloitte..
