Vijayakumar Rajagopal, is an experienced facilitator and coach and delights in the joy of making others great. His vast experience across the globe in a variety of leadership roles has helped him tailor his engagements across cultures. He is currently leading a number of engagements in the areas of Global Leadership Development, Group Coaching and Executive Coaching. Vijay is certified through Postgraduate Program in Executive Coaching , certified by Coaching Foundation India ( CFI). He is serving as a member of HBR Advisory council to support enhancement to business leadership development. Until October 2016, Vijay was serving in Global leadership roles Shell. His 10-year career with Shell included many roles, including Strategy advisory, Aviation, Project Management, Engineering Management, Technical consultancy, Process optimisation and Operations. His span of operations included all continents except Antarctica, which has contributed to his rich understanding and appreciation of culture and diversity. Prior to Shell, Vijay was with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company – Abu Dhabi, Kuwait National Petroleum Company – Kuwait and Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited, India. Vijay is a first-class graduate in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India and holds Project Management Professional certification.
