Relational Leadership: Making Difficult Conversations Easier

A webinar with Dr. Lise Lewis on Tuesday, 7 July 2020, 8PM – 9PM SG/HK time.

Successful coaching outcomes partly depend on the coach’s ability to encourage generative conversations through creating learning partnerships. Giving feedback is a critical part of such productive relationships.

What can we do to overcome those times when fear interrupts the honest and transparent sharing of feedback? How can we make sure feedback strengthens rather than disrupts the quality and sustainability of effective relationships? Research tells us that the answer lies in the robustness of the relationship.

This webinar introduces The Relational Leadership WAY©, a refreshing new approach to improving the receptivity of feedback for both the giver and receiver. It offers a ‘way of being’ that when adopted, creates the conditions for positive receptivity of feedback.
