Eric Ji is currently working at Nestle Nespresso China in their L&D. He has prior management and training experience in varied industries such as manufacturing, retail, F&B etc. Eric has a great interest in coaching and actively engages in it. Positive, good listener, and open minded are the 3 key words of Eric from his family, friends, and colleagues.
Eliza Quek, First Vice President of APAC, is a widely experienced people-focused management trainer, coach and consultant, specializing in designing and facilitating change management. With over 3 decades of work experience in HR and consulting, Eliza’s first-hand knowledge of different corporate cultures enables deep understanding of cross cultural challenges in communications, values, and behaviors.
