Taking World-Class Team Coaching from Good to Great

A webinar with Rob Shaw and Adrian Lim, PCC, ITCA on Wednesday, 17 May 2023, 7PM – 8:15PM SG/HK time.

With post pandemic, increasing digitization and widespread remote working, many teams are facing performance challenges every day. This is the opportunity for coaches who wish to build their practice and enter the team coaching market.

In this session, Rob Shaw, former Global Head of Leadership Coaching at British Telecom (BT) will share and discuss his research work with Harvard and McKinsey that correlated behaviors adopted by high performing teams. From this work, Rob developed a revolutionary and innovative approach to team development.

Rob will explore the ICE team coaching competences when coaching a team to commercial success using experiential and immersive exercises. Together with team coaching practitioner, Adrian Lim, Rob will be demonstrating a uniquely integrated approach for coaches to use a digital 360° team diagnostic that is democratic and inclusive. This algorithm compares the diagnostic output to a large normative data set, providing a customized learning pathway to achieve fast performance gains through high quality team coaching.

Coaches will get hands-on practical guidance for each stage of the methodology and deep understanding of the psychology of high performing team behaviors and cutting-edge thinking based on extensive research led by Rob.
