Sandy is ICF certified PCC coach and PhD candidate in Organizational Development & Change. Before transitioning into an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, Sandy had 16 years business development, commercial operation, strategic sourcing and supply chain management experiences in government and top retail groups, covering home furnishing, fashion, and sports industries.
She is former Asia Procurement Director at Nike, used to lead 100-millions scale global strategic projects. She led her team to win twice Nike’s Global Innovation Maxim Award. She is good at leveraging coaching style leadership to unleash team potentials.
Since 2020 Sandy has transitioned into an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, focusing on organizational enhancement and leadership development. She provides integrated solutions for corporate clients through consulting, training, assessment, mentoring, individual and team coaching. She is also a professional trainer on Evidence-Base Coaching with ICF credentials.
