Aloysius started his career in SGS Singapore which is a Swiss based 3rd party inspection company. In the 16 years with the company, he was given the opportunity to managed new start up divisions, work on turnaround strategy, change management, marketing and had held leadership roles for different industries ranging from Industrial, Quality, Security and Audit, Food and Mechanical Testing Laboratories. He was then transferred to China to head the business back in 1999. With over 24 years’ experience in China, he had held various senior leadership positions. First as the Director of SGS CSTC covering Greater China, GM of GuoYe Technology Co., Ltd. which is a JV company (China – Hong Kong – Singapore) in the manufacturing and home / office appliance sector down in Shenzhen and was called to be part of the BOD in Hong Kong, MD of a British company Farnell Newark that deals in distribution of electrical and electronic components in the LVHM industry, GM of CSA – CCIS a JV company (China – Canada) that is in the CE certification laboratory industry, Asia Pacific MD of a USA company IDG Shanghai Industrial Group that is in the MRO business serving Fortune 500 companies in the industrial manufacturing, automotive and aerospace industry, MD of Cornerstone International Group in Shanghai and Singapore which is in the Executive Search and Workforce transition industry. Currently he is the Managing Partner of CoCreative Consulting Shanghai Co., Ltd which is in the Management Consultation and Transformation Industry dealing with Operational Excellence, Turnaround Strategy, Leadership Improvement, Career Transition and Executive Coaching. He is now engaged by Cornerstone International Group to be the Asia chair for coaching and client partner for the search industry. He completed his BBA in the USA and later received his MBA from UK. He is a member of ICF and is a Certified ACC Business Coach. He received his Career Partners International Career Consultant certification from USA in 2018 and is qualified to assist candidates in their career transition and New Horizon till retirement. Having done numerous public presentations, he was invited by UPS to present in their Global Strategic Sales Conference and was a Guest Speaker and Panel Judge for the Stanford – Fudan University Forum. He had done training on leadership for some of his clients and held training at the American Chamber in Shanghai and Nanjing. Aloysius works with Motivation, Passion, Versatility, Agility, Integrity and Strong Values and is an ardent supporter of Inclusion and Diversity. His is able to converse in English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects such as Cantonese, Hokkien and Teochew.
