Andrew continues his professional development with a Masters in Clinical Organizational Psychology (Coaching & Consulting for Change) at Insead. He is a certified facilitator for MBTI Step I & II, and the Hogan Assessments: Development Survey, Personality Inventory, and Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory.

In addition to my Coaching Competency, I have been based in Asia since 1992, and managed large global organizations, most recently as an HR Managing Director, in a global Investment Bank.
