Formerly an engineer before moving into HR, leadership development, training and coaching. I particularly focus on dealing with change and traumatic life experiences such as living in a new country, a challenging promotion or even redundancy or transitioning to non-executive roles. My natural ‘engineering’ curiosity combined with my executive search advisory style and leadership and development training allows me to guide and challenge others to think differently and find new options for their path in life.
