Cynthia has 30+ years of people and organisation development experience with Fortune 50 companies in the IT, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. She has managed pre and post merger organizations; designed and delivered leadership and management development programs and other learning solutions. She has also developed and implemented organization/cultural change initiatives. Her portfolio also included performance management, career management, teambuilding, and leadership assessments. Cynthia is certified to administer 360s, MBTI, DISC, Hogan and other assessments. She is a graduate of Coach U and has provided 700+ hours of coaching to emerging, mid level and senior executives in support of their leadership development. Cynthia was on the APAC board from 2007-2015 during which she launched a number of pro bono coaching projects. She also served on the Research subcommittee from 2016-present. She was instrumental in setting up and completing the 4th and 5th Coaching Benchmark studies for China, HK, India, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore. She also co led the Future of coaching study in 2019. These research studies can be found on the APAC website. Cynthia was awarded the Most Outstanding Member of APAC at the APAC conference in South Korea. Cynthia has a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, Canada and a Masters in Development studies at the City University, HK. Cynthia is fluent in English, Cantonese and functional Mandarin.
