Dina is an executive coach and facilitator, specializing in development of established and upcoming managers and leaders across all levels of an organisation. Her widespread knowledge and experience make her ideal to work with clients on managing change and transition, requiring global mindset and systemic approach. Living and working for extensive periods of time in Europe and Australasia, Dina experienced workplace from strategic as well as operational levels, enabling her to have an excellent insight into how best to translate the high-level leadership strategies into the language of diverse workforce and stakeholders. Since 2003 Dina coached and facilitated professional development of senior and middle managers in cross-cultural transitions and integration across South East Asia, Australia and Europe. Specifically Dina works with managers and leaders of Western multionationals, non-profit organisations and government departments, entering AsiaPacific business markets, suppoting them in cross-border business development and intercultural communication. Dina’s business experience has been supported by her sound knowledge of human development. She holds a postgraduate degree in counselling psychology, and is certified executive, work-place, cross-cultural and life coach. Trained in advanced and varied coaching methodologies (existential, gestalt, developmental and narrative) and their application in coaching, Dina tailors her approach to best suit the client. She maintains high professional standards through continuing education and supervision, and is fluent in English and Croatian, with basic knowledge of French. Memberships: Association for Coaching (UK), International Coach Federation, Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, Hong Kong International Coaching Community, Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR Europa), University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association.
