With over 20 years executive leadership experience, I have lead and mentored teams of various professions, engaged with community groups and forums, and had responsibility for multi-million dollar budgets. What do you think you bring to Coaching
I work as a Consultant, Strategist and Coach. Together, these skills enable me to help a business group to identify and resolve problems and embed meaningful changes to their work practices (eg. helping them to develop new ways to gain additional revenue/clients). I also help a person or business to realise the leadership style that works for them. I am both a Doer, a teacher and a Guide.
