Past Work Experience
Jo began her career in Nursing, specialising in Child Psychiatry. These early roots still inform her practice - sparking her curiosity in people, wondering and increasing her understanding of our similarities and differences as we each navigate our lives.
For many years Jo designed health and well-being services for people living in inner cities, often disadvantaged through poverty, mental health and through poor understanding of the needs of ethnically diverse communities. It was here that Jo came across coaching as a vehicle for conversations between local people and decision-makers.
Moving on from there, Jo has been an executive coach, working with C-Suite and leadership teams in corporates for over 10 years.
Her commitment to the profession, and working in partnership with colleagues, is fulfilled through training coaches to become supervisors - working across the world in English, and through interpreters in Russian, with a leading-edge supervision programme.
