My work experience include stints in the public sector, inter-governmental work, corporate and academia; and functional expertise range from marketing, operations and communications to project management, education and coaching. I infuse these with my first-hand knowledge of operating in complex and global environments when I design and facilitate leadership programmes, train-the-trainer programmes, as well as when coaching leaders, both individuals and groups. Being constantly curious of the person, role and context, and their dynamics with one another arouse the compelling awareness to possibilities.
I believe in learning to live, and living to learn; and the past does not determine the future. My educational and professional achievements to-date include a Doctor in Education (Educational Leadership and Change), an MBA, and an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF. Embracing a holistic zest to life, I have also obtained a Specialist Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences, and was a certified Stott Pilates instructor. I love learning, for the more I learn, the more I am humbled.
I am a transformational piece of work in progress. What is constant is my fundamental passion for learning and people development, and the belief that everyone can create a better version of themselves. I invite like-minded people and organisations to co-create new possibilities, for you, me and the bigger community.

What do you think you bring to Coaching
I believe in the power of coaching, that it can transform a person’s life. Everyone has the ability to create a difference in their own life, and every organisation the capacity to craft a conducive environment of continuous learning, in the process transform itself. A symbiotic relationship that can be so powerful.
In my various professional roles, I constantly seek to catalyse that transformational process, infusing a systems perspective with the belief that every stakeholder is a gem and together with other gems have the potential to make a positive difference. That forms the philosophy in my coaching practice, learning and development work. Believing everyone brings with them different emotions and perspectives at different times, I adopt a systems eclectic approach when with a coaching client. Being totally present when with a client, I choose to use the most appropriate approaches during conversations, all in service of the client’s needs in the space and moment. Having been exposed to several coaching approaches including NLP, systems and systems psychodynamic, when combined with my personal and professional experiences, I bring my full self to every coaching session, enabling me to support my client holistically.
My current training in coaching supervision is my continuing journey in craft mastery, and to be the best coach and supervisor for my clients.
