Małgorzata brings over 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience with significant working history in the banking and finance sector. She held senior leadership roles, leading large teams across operations, risk, quality and control at Citibank. Over a decade, she has and contributed to the development of over 700 clients, including C-suite and senior leaders and high potentials from multi-national, mid-size, start-ups, government, and non-profit companies across varied sectors, including banking & financial services, information & technology, tech startup, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, energy, e-commerce, manufacturing, telecom, media, FMCG, and retail across six continents. Małgorzata has conducted over 3300+ coaching hours, including 1:1, group, and team coaching sessions. She is also a facilitator, consultant, and coach supervisor. Malgorzata’s broad experience in corporate banking and coaching in organisations, two degrees (in management – finance & banking and organisational psychology), living in Europe and Asia, together with her numerous certifications and training, gives her a unique viewpoint and brings a diverse perspective to coaching. She focuses on developing leadership capabilities at all levels, team development, and behavioural changes that enhance the leader and team's effectiveness, resulting in business growth and success. To achieve a sustainable outcome, Małgorzata uses mixed methodologies and draws on leading scientific research in organisational psychology, organisational development, applied neuroscience, systems psychodynamics and team effectiveness. Past Work Experience
Prior to focusing on Coaching, Małgorzata had 17 years of a corporate career within the financial services sector. She held senior leadership roles, leading large teams across operations, risk, quality, and control at Citibank. She started a consumer bank in Poland (financial operation division part) and led a merger with the oldest Polish bank (financial operation). She was also the head of Quality and Control for the Operation Division, which included two Centres of Excellence in Poland.
